Each Request is processed immediately and accommodation, if available, is Blocked only, and a unique Customer-ID is allotted. The option to Know Your Customer-ID is also given on the Next Page.
- For making payment through SBI Bank to concerned hotels of MTDC for confirmation of blocked accommodation, you must deposit the advance payment (with-in 2 days of getting Customer-ID) in the form of cash/cheque in the concerned hotels of MTDC Account number: CA - 10881226362 at the nearest SBI Bank Branch. The Customer Name and the Customer ID (as in Know your Customer-ID option) must be clearly written on the Current Account Deposit Slip both on the Main Slip as well as the Counterfoil front & back also.
- SBI Net Banking Customers can transfer money directly into the concerned hotels of MTDC Account.

- The Payment must be 100%, for the first day and 50% for remaining days, of the tariff of the selected Unit Type.
- Immediately after depositing cash (most preferred mode)/cheque/draft in the concerned hotels of MTDC account in the nearest SBI Bank Branch or sending Demand Draft by post, send and E-mail about Payment Details, as an advance intimation using the button given above. The cash deposited in the concerned hotels of MTDC Account through SBI Bank Branch is instantly informed to the MTDC Reservation office and, hence, confirmation is done on the same day in the evening. In case of depositing the cheque in the SBI Bank Branch, confirmation will be done after realisation of the cheque/draft. In any case, the payment must be made before the expected date of payment (cheques/drafts must be realized before due date) failing which the blocked accommodation will automatically be released.
- If the payment is made by post, the Demand Draft should reach by the expected date of payment, as shown against your Customer-ID. concerned hotels of MTDC will confirm your Reservation only after receipt of demand draft. Check! that your status has been changed from “Blocked” to “Reserved”, along with other details, using the button “Customer-ID Details” given above.
- MTDC will not be responsible for any postal delay.
